My philosophy promotes self-understanding, self-acceptance, and physical and emotional well-being through the use of evidence-based treatments. Eating Disorder Treatment
In addition to using evidence-based treatment of ACT, DBT, and CBT, other modalities are used for eating disorder treatment. I utilize experiential and exposure therapy, meal/snack support in session, and collaboration with other treatment team professionals such as medical professionals, psychiatrists and dietitians. I encourage clients to include their loved ones in their recovery in differing ways that meets each client's needs.
